01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 37ji Casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the 37ji website and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

05 Deposits & Payments

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Currency: All transactions on the 37ji Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• Own Funds: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Processing Times: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 37ji account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to process.

08 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 37ji Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• RNG Certification: All 37ji casino games that use a Random Number Generator (RNG) are certified by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;

• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name;

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 37ji Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of 37ji or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 37ji Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 37ji content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any 37ji content;

Any unauthorised use of 37ji intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 37ji's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 37ji account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

37ji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the 37ji Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data;
• Any third-party conduct or content on or linked from the Platform;
• Any technical malfunction, server failure, or network issue outside 37ji's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 37ji's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

12 Responsible Gaming

• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

You may close your 37ji account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification.

14 Amendments to These Terms

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 37ji Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this section shall prevent 37ji from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
